Jim and Elena from Clear Market Advantage saved our sanity. We had lived in our house on 4 acres for 38 years and it was time to downsize. We had accumulated so much stuff that it was impossible for us to deal with it all. We had 3 sheds and a garage stuffed full! Plus, of course, the house itself, which needed painting and some repair in order to sell. Jim organized moving our extra things into storage and our household goods into a rental so we could get the house ready for listing. Then he helped us repair and paint the inside and clean up the exterior sheds and corrals. This all would have been impossible and completely overwhelming for two older homeowners. This one stop service was incredible and we will be forever grateful.

Even if they would make a bigger commission off of something you think you might want, they will earnestly discuss it with you to make sure you're happy with your long-term investment.
